Oh Hi, Chicken Stir Fry

Perusing the aisles of Trader Joe’s, I stumbled upon a bag of fresh stir fry veggies.  File this under so-so, but ridiculously easy to make.

I drizzled soy sauce and sprinkled some sesame seeds over strips of chicken breast and baked them in the oven.  I don’t own a wok, so I used the next best thing–my 10-inch skillet.  I poured in the stir fry veggie mix , threw in the chicken strips, added some toasted sesame seeds and generously added some soy sauce.

I served this over some brown rice and dinner was done in about 15 minutes.

Next time, I’m trying this with shrimp.  I wasn’t a fan of the chicken in this.  I’ll have to google other ways to season chicken before adding it to the pan.  I guess you can’t win them all:)
